Here are my three goofy kids standing in front of that door. You know, the one where you kept track of how much they had grown by making a mark every year on their birthday. Do you know how hard it was to leave that door behind when we moved down to the beach? I still miss that door-and those little kids.

We had a doorsill like that. It was very hard to leave behind as well. Your kids all look like they enjoyed each other. Happy Mother's Day to you too!

Happy Mother's Day, Deb.
ReplyDeleteI wish I'd thought to use a door - I'd have taken it with us each time we moved. We've always used a wall. Happy Mother's Day!!
ReplyDeleteMy mother did that with the grands when they visited. I wish I had thought to pull that board off the wall when the farm was sold.
ReplyDeleteHappy Mother's Day!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute photo of your kids. All three laughing and happy though your daughter appears to be the happiest. Happy Mother's Day!
ReplyDeleteSame here-the house I was ready to leave but the molding with all of the notes--very hard to say goodbye! Lovely photo and what memories.
