I don't have much stitching to show for this week. Miss Joy has her little pine forest. I have to do her holly swag and then she'll be done. Her December finish is all but assured so I've been thinking about what to finish next.
I think this is the one. I really liked working on the house. I need to finish it.
I've been hand and machine quilting a little bit each day when I am not too exhausted from the big kitchen re-do. We are at a lull in the action at the moment. We've decided to paint before we put the new floor down so now it's all about packing up and moving stuff. No fun there.

I always think about the next project before finishing the current one. But, I guess, I will not have more finishes this year. No small projects and big ones are too big :) Liana
ReplyDeleteI remember that house from when you worked on it before. I really like it too, but will be sad to see the end of the sheep virtues. I adore them.
ReplyDeletePainting means that demolition is over and rebuilding is begun! It won't be long now and you'll be cooking in that beautiful new kitchen.
Blessings,
Betsy
I just love the splayed legs on that sheep - too cute!
ReplyDeleteLove those little sheep!
ReplyDeleteIt's been fun seeing your monthly progress on the Sheep Virtues stitchery.
ReplyDeleteYou have such beautiful projects in progress. They should be a wonderful treat when your construction duties allow. It seems like you are making great progress (but I am not living in the construction zone).
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see Joy finished and looking forward to future progress on the house.
ReplyDeleteI agree no fun! But I love your stitching!!!
ReplyDeleteGreat job on the sheep--the tree is really pretty and unusual!
