Almost Dones

I've got two socks to show off that I just finished.  Too bad they are not a pair.

The scrubby Scrubby is a bit harder on the hands than the cotton but it's doable if you don't try to knit for hours with it. I can't go more than a few rows at a time on anything without getting bored so it's not a problem for me.

I even bought more since I know this is going to be a favorite of The Mister.

My latest cotton dishcloth is making me happy. Those colors are so pretty. I need to get more of this. I was never tempted to pick up the gradient cottons before. I didn't know what I was missing.

  1. I love the pattern you are using for the gradient cotton.

  2. I’ve been knitting the same dishcloth pattern today using Hobby Lobby Cotton. It has speckles but I’m liking your gradient too.

  3. With my grandkids those socks would be a pair. It seems the trend (and why didn't I start it when I couldn't find sock mates) is to wear 2 totally different socks. These new Mom's are getting off too easy.

  5. Love those socks. And your gradient dishcloth is great. I'm still undecided about the scrubby yarn....

  7. Both socks are just beautiful. I think of fall looking at the one on the right. Yes, after hot and muggy days, I am already looking forward to fall. Love seeing your projects progress.
