Lost Weekend

 I had big plans for this weekend. I wanted to do some fruitcake, soap and Christmas card making. Instead I spent Friday and Saturday on the couch with a nasty cold feeling pretty terrible.

 My brandy hot toddies helped. I took lots of naps but that's about it. Three days of nothing to do and I wasted it doing nothing. Darn.

    (I'm afraid we may be heading down that same path here. Steve said he had a sore throat and went to bed early. Now I'm beginning to feel that scratchy thing too.)

  2. It wasn't a waste - your body told you that you needed a break and you listened! Now you can go, go, go without falling over!
