Almost There

 

 We now have 2/3 of the floor done. The place is still a mess but at least we could shift some stuff around so we could move around again and eat at a table. 



I hated to do it but I had to get out the roll of plastic yesterday for the bit we have left to do today. I couldn't keep Pup off the dirty plywood. Hopefully by tonight the floor will be done and all this mess will history. I don't want to see that plywood or that plastic ever again.



We didn't work the whole day. We did get out for a walk before the sun went down. We are both on the brink of needing another day off so we got out for some fresh air before things starting breaking on us again. At our age pacing ourselves is very important.

    I'm so glad for you two. You can see that finish line looming before you. Have you rearranged the furniture in your mind a hundred time like I would have?

    Almost there!! I'm hoping to get out for a walk today. Yesterday it was too windy here.

    The floor is looking good! I am jealous of your blue skies though as we are drowning in rain here, the most since this date in 1972, and the day isn't even over yet.
