So Close

I am this close to finishing up all my spinning projects. The fiber bin is almost empty.

The problem is the spinning nook looks like this. It's ground zero for the tile demolition.

I may not have much time or space for spinning but I'm still spending a few minutes at night in front of the TV with that pretty Falkland fiber in the Autumn colorway.

My poor loom is also in the crossfire. I haven't had the time or the inclination to work around the mess to get to it but that's going to change this week. That towel needs to be done.

  1. Whoa! I can see why you're frustrated with not being able to craft. I do hope you get a few minutes to yourself this week to play with fiber.

  3. My job this morning is to empty under the sink in preparation for a visit from the plumber on Wednesday. Then, downstairs to move (and prepare for donation) boxes by one wall also in preparation for removal of dry wall and more plumbing updates. No fun for me today!

  4. Oooh, look at that fluffy fiber! I can almost hear it pleading to be spun.

  5. Oh, wow! I would constantly be tripping over something or looking for something. I am sure your new kitchen will make it all worthwhile. Hope you get to spend time with some of your projects.

  6. I'm so behind on reading blog posts plus I'm catching up by reading them all out of order so pardon me if I sound confused. :) Hope the tile job is going smoothly. That towel is going to be lovely!
