I had to play yarn chicken with Soldotna yesterday. I lost. I had to bind her off with only six of the nine rows of the ribbing the pattern calls for. I had used up the odds and ends on the made up bottom border I had added for length but I did NOT touch the main color I needed for ribbing the body and the cap sleeves.
I've still only got this much left of it. Sigh.
I do have a good bit of the maroon and peach yarn so I guess I am going to have to fiddle with the sleeve colors too. Booooo.....
