I'm packing Jack up today. I'm very impressed with how much I got done this year. I'll be digging my turkey out tomorrow and hoping I can make some decent progress on it this year too.
Happy Halloween!

You did make a lot of progress this year. Love the crow/raven.
ReplyDeleteWe have no trick or treaters in our condo since it's a secure building. There are a couple of kids that live here so I had candy available last year but no one came by. Same at the house when we moved here. Of course, that was a not great neighborhood.
Now Mandy has 200-300 kids every year. They live in a young family neighborhood and they all seem to know each other which is great.
We will pick Lizzie up after we go out to lunch tomorrow and she will spend the night with us so the doorbell ringing constantly at home won't drive her crazy. The "girls" always enjoy their slumber parties together and I'll give Lizzie a pedicure while she's here. I take care of both of their nails and Zoey had hers done yesterday. We do love our girls. :-)
Blessings and hugs,
Betsy
We don't usually get kids at our door either, but I still bought Milky Ways and 3 Musketeers because you never know....
ReplyDeleteI imagine you storing and retrieving your multiple craft projects from some huge storage facility! In reality, it's probably a closet, but we've got tiny closets that are barely big enough for clothing. Enjoy your trip to the storage facility along with the candy. Those KitKats are easy to unwrap; I speak from experience.
ReplyDeleteDave is off sugar, and has been for a few years now so I have to eat all the leftover candy by myself... oh the hardship!
ReplyDeleteI learned long ago to buy candy that we liked, in case there was some left on November 1st.
ReplyDeleteThe rug hooking is looking good! We never get any trick or treaters, either!
