Wednesday WIPs
I'm happy to say my sleeve drama is almost at an end. One sleeve is finished and the other one is about to be started. After ripping them back, I skeined up the kinky yarn and gave it a good soaking and then a stretching on my mini ninny noddy to straighten it out before I re-knit it.
I'm still in love with my Lasagna Cat Static twins but I'm not at the heels quite yet.
And.....I added one more pattern block on Bon Amie. That's the little upside down looking tree section that goes from green to blue and back to green at the top. I'd been worried about making the time to work on it but I'd forgotten how colorwork is potato chip knitting for me. When I get started I just can't stop so I can get a lot done in just a few sittings.
Great progress on ALL projects! Love that Lasagna Cat yarn. What a funny/great name!
ReplyDeleteI really like those socks. The color is great. I am in awe of your colorwork skills. I always am, every time you show us a project with colorwork. I wish we were closer so you could teach me! :-) Congrats on the sleeves. It's almost done! Yay!
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Betsy
