Better Late

The long awaited fiber is finally here and it was totally worth the wait.

Nice, huh? It's a gradient set of Targhee, a new-to-me fiber, that I wanted to try during the Tour when I always try to push myself out of my spinning comfort zone.

It was beautifully packaged in a nifty self sealing bag.

Now it's resting on the fiber shelf because I've got enough to do right now. My plan is to haunt this shop until there are more Targhee gradients in other colorways so I can spin up an epic colorwork project.  So much fiber, so little time.

  1. It's beautiful! Resting is good. It will help the colors mellow! Ha!

  2. Gradient wool looks great. I need to try spinning carded fibers because combed ones yield disappointing results.
