Sixty One

Daughter's wedding dress fitting at Kleinfelds in 2011
The Mister and I are getting old. He turns 61 today. I beat him to it back in December. Ouch.

Father/Daughter dance
I went through my Google photos and found some random oldies of him.

Mardi Gras margarita
There are lots of photos where he's having a drink. Hmmm.....

Christmas on the Bay
He hasn't plunged in a few years but I wouldn't put it past him to do it again some day.

Sleighriding in February
He's put his old post office gear to good use. He's been retired for four years now. Same as me.

St Patrick's Day 2015
Hmmm....more drinks. It's what us retired people do.

Last week
Then since last fall, there has been the relentless building of stuff for Daughter's ice skating team. I couldn't have done any of it without him.

Last Sunday
He spends his days moving one pile of lawn junk to a bigger pile of lawn junk.

As you can see, we have a lot of places he can move piles of stuff to. It doesn't make any sense to me but it gets him out of the house.

Happy birthday you old fool! Let's go have some drinks......

  1. You look very happy and handsome for your age, 60+!
I'd love it if, in 20 years, me and my love would be like you two lovebirds.
