It's a Wrap

This mess was being made about midnight last Saturday. I know this because The Mister was down in the man cave watching SNL and wondering what the racket was up in the kitchen. Yes, I was soaping again. It's a sickness that's only gotten worse.

Not only am I addicted to soap making, I am now also addicted to packaging it. Once I discovered free label templates at WorldLabel.com I was a goner.

I was like a kid playing store. I was stocking my own imaginary Etsy shop with pretty little sample sized mini soaps. I find that a full sized bar just lasts too long. It's more fun to have new soaps to try every week or so than to have to stick with one smell or texture for what seems like forever.

I stayed up almost all night cutting and wrapping them up.

I woke up the next morning to find a table full of pretty little things.

Damn. They're cute.

I can't believe I did this.

They are actually pretty adorable and I almost never like anything I do.

Each one was cuter than the next. I should have been happy-but I am far from done. I've still got soap base, plastic and paper. I'm a machine.

  1. Wow, they do look goo. I'd say send some this way - but the international postage wouldn't be worth it ;)
