November Daddio Update

I haven't been posting much about Daddio lately because I hate to sound like a broken record. He's been in and out of hospitals constantly for the past month or so for one reason or another. Old people are just like old cars, you fix one thing and another breaks. The bottom line is that right now he is fine. He's coming home today from his last big emergency so to welcome him home we have a new project ready to go.

Great Grandson #2, who is already in pre-school, is the only one that he never made a quilt for so we are on it.

This is a new flannel collection from Connecting Threads and we are planning a quilting weekend to get it done as soon as we get him settled back home-for who knows how long this time.

  3. I'm glad your Dad is coming back to the homestead, again. Wishing him some lasting health. I hope you guys get some good crafting time in together. Your fabrics look fantastic. It's a lucky kid that gets a quilt with them.

Here's hoping it keeps Daddio busy enough to keep him our of trouble for a while.
