My turkey rug pattern had to be transferred to the linen backing and I wasn't sure how to do it.
I saw someone using nylon tulle once so I thought I would give it a try. I felt like a criminal marking on my beautiful pattern but it had to be done. Here I am drawing on the tulle that I taped over the pattern.
Look at that. It worked like a charm. First you trace the paper pattern onto the net and then you trace over the drawing on the net after you pin it onto the backing. Brilliant and simple.
I need to mention again that this gorgeous pattern is from Leah Smith and you can find her lovely designs on Etsy here.
