In Tandem

I was downstairs working on my goat cards when The Mister asked if he could join me so he could make a Valentine. Since his mom's been gone I don't see him down there very often anymore.

He dug through my stash of leftovers and came up with this beauty. You might recognize some of the characters from giveaway cards past.

He was especially proud of the inside.

Normally he is in the other room at his work table making car models. It was nice to have company while I worked. I usually am listening to true crime podcasts.

My other Valentine was this itty bitty ice cream sundae he came home with and a lunch out today.  I've been promised a veggie burger and some beignets. Let's see if he can deliver.

  1. How fun to have the Mister join you! Hubby sits with me and we watch videos and Netflix while I craft on whatever project I have going on, but he doesn't take part in it. I've offered to teach him to knit or crochet but he doesn't have a bit of interest.
    Happy Valentines Day!
    Blessings,
    Betsy

  2. That's so cool that your DH crafts, too.
I can never talk my guy into trying anything!
He is a great chauffeur, though, and is willing to take me everywhere! Enjoy your lunch!

  6. Is that a happy little skein of yarn on the card? Love it! My OH tinkers with old cars so it's a little difficult for us to "hobby" in the same room!
Love those little ice cream sundaes - my daughter loves the classic hot fudge sundae one because it's gluten-free!
