Spring Giveaway!!!

Warning: This is the last giveaway until late fall when it will be cool enough to ship again. As you can see, I've got plenty to go around so don't be shy.

Sorry for the terrible photos. It was very gloomy yesterday when I gathered the bars all up for a mugshot. You can go here and here  to see them in progress. They were all made with the same formula that I always use with the addition of some mango butter. Daughter was dismayed to see I had made so many fruity scents. She hates them. I'm not sure what I was thinking as there is not a spring floral in the bunch.  Even so, Margarita Lime is heavenly. Yuzu, I admit, is an acquired taste. It's rich and strong. I happen to like it.

Lavender Sage is an earthy lavender. Aloe and Cactus is light and slightly on the floral side. It's the only one Daughter approved of.

Coconut and Pineapple is a new favorite. Black Cherry smells just like cherry. They both are yummy.

Milk and Honey and Scrubby Coffee are old favorites. Coffee has exfoliating grounds in it.

Mango Papaya and Island Nectar are also old favorites. Mango is light while Island is very fruity with a hint of vanilla.

I hate to say that Strawberry, Lemon and Thyme is so wonderful that I only have three bars left. Everyone (except Daughter) that got a whiff had to have it. I'll make more in the fall for sure.  Lightly Lemon is just what it sounds like. It's a big favorite of mine.

Sea Salt and Clay is not a scent I particularly like. It's a strong "spa" scent. It was popular though. I only have three bars of it left also. You can't tell from the dreary photo but it's a very pretty soap. I love what the sea salt did to the top. I'll have to try that little trick again.

I've also got tons of White Tea and Honey glycerin facial soap. I needed to use up all the ingredients I could before the heat and humidity of the summer make it hard to store. This soap is lovely and rich but light enough for all over use in the summer.

I've also got some White Tea and Honey mini lotion bars. They are my usual formula with a bit of mango butter. They are on the strong side, scent wise. I really love that White Tea and wanted to make sure the scent hung around a bit.

If you'd like to try a lotion bar for your lips, I've got a pile of lip balm pots to giveaway. Again, I want to use up all my ingredients before summer so I made a big batch. They are flavored with a Lavender and Tupelo Honey flavor oil that is safe for lips with a smidgen of lavender mica for color and shine. It's the same formula as the lotion bars with an addition of some sweet almond oil and candelilla wax which is a plant based wax similar to beeswax-which they also contain btw.

It's another NO STRINGS ATTACHED, pick two giveway that comes with this adorable card that I had so much fun making. Go to Ravelry, tell me what two things you would like and give me your three favorite scents of soap. I'll make sure you get one of them. The only hitch is that Walmart didn't have any bubble mailers in stock (!?#*$) so I had to order them from Amazon. As soon as they get here, I'll let you know when I start shipping them off.
Thanks again for taking this stuff off my hands. I am already excited about making fall soap in September and starting with a clean soap room and EMPTY shelves!

  10. I am not a knitter or a member of ravelry so I don't know if I am eligible for your generous offer. I am a quilter and in awe of all you create. The projects you have shown that were created by your Dad are beautiful. So much talent in your family. Thank you for all you share with your readers. (shirparks@gmail.com)
