A Grand Week

For the past few days I have been at the Grands sitting while their live-in Nai Nai is in China for some well deserved R&R.

They are 2 and 4 so it was hours of homemade tents...

 ....and turkey hands.

The big Grand is in pre-school so my very rusty primary teaching skills got a workout on the chalkboard wall.

It was a cold and gloomy three days but that didn't stop us from getting out one muddy afternoon.

Good times.

  2. It sounds like you had a great time! I've been with one set of my grandkiddos twice this week and am a bit wiped out today. Their other grandmother is with them now, so I'm having some time to regain energy!

  3. OMG! Home made tents are the best! I use to do that for hours with mine when they were little and those little rain boots are to die for! Good times indeed!
