Out of Proportion

 My little camouflage sweater has a sleeve and almost a second one. I am still not sure what size child this will fit. I am following the directions as to length for a size four but it doesn't exactly seem to have the right proportions for a human.

I am going to have a lot leftover hopefully enough for a hat to match but here lies another dilemma. What head size would work with this body size? Hmmm...........
