Summertime Blues

It was almost 80 degrees here today. I'm not trying to rub it in to you guys still in the throes of winter. I'm here to complain. I miss winter.



 Sure it was nice to take a walk before dinner down a path in the woods that led to the bay.



In spite of all that panting Pup is doing, the bay breeze was nice and cool. Back at home not so much. It's hot as heck in here as I am writing this post but who can turn on the AC-in February.




I did get out the flip flops and a sundress for my walk.




 I had a date the night before with a freshly made foot fizzy and a lotion bar but I still need to get last year's polish off. Before I do all that I am going to check the weather. It will probably snow this weekend. At least I hope so.

    Well, WE won't be getting any snow, but they have predicted PLENTY of rain.

    What a fun day! I’m one of those in the throes of winter. Supposed to snow, snow, snow all weekend. Love your ocean picture though. Gives me hope.

    That pup is so darling!!!! I need two days of 70s in a row here. Or 60s Or 50s. I keep telling myself, It is still February! Im HAPPY for you !!! Getting out feels so darn amazing

    The puppers is SO cute. The idea of AC for a day or two is the way we are using our heater. They keep telling us it will warm up, it doesn't. I wore two pairs of pants to dance class yesterday and it wasn't even ballet, ha! I run hot so naturally my body is confused. Araignee, one last thing ... OLYMPICS ACK my life is on hold.

    It's the same here. The lawn had to be mowed today!! Totally crazy. We usually don't have to mow until March. I refuse to turn on the ac so I've been using the fans. To think just a few weeks ago it was 7 degrees.

    I've been using your little lotion bars on my feet like crazy, because I need to get my feet beach ready for Mexico! I forgot I had the foot fizzie! I think that will be my weekend treat!
