Pulling up the old floor was a job.
We tackled that on that 80 degree day and it was no fun working in that small space in those temps.
The new sub-floor had to be cut outside in the chilly drizzle later in the week. We can't catch a break with the weather.
We should be tiling the floor on Sunday. The Mister gave me the reason we couldn't do it today but I've forgotten what it is. No problem here. I could use a day to rest.
Sounds like today would be a good day to catch up on some knitting.
ReplyDeleteBy all means-enjoy a day off! Spin , knit and savor the 'vacation'!!!
ReplyDeleteCloser and closer to being finished and it's looking good.
ReplyDeleteWow! That looks like a LOT of work! You probably could use more than just one day rest. I know I would. ;-)
ReplyDeleteYou're going to have it done in no time! And it's going to be fabulous!
ReplyDeleteA day off! Knitting sounds good to me. Your bathroom is going to be so pretty when it’s done.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Betsy
I can't wait to see the finished product! We have done MANY remodeling projects over the years. Wait, we're STILL doing that. Enjoy your reprieve :)
ReplyDeleteGlad to see that things are moving along! Have a wonderful day today!
ReplyDeleteIm so jealous of your warm spell Deb! Its rotten out here. With more rotten to come. That bathroom is going to be great when it it done ! Good job
ReplyDeleteYOur bathroom is going to be wonderful when it is all done. As for the weather we have broke records for heat four days in a row this week, today it was near 90. I need a few more days of cool weather before summer comes. Hope you have great Sunday.
ReplyDeleteWow, you have a handy hubster. Keith could probably do all that, but he's not very motivated.
