Daddio's quilt was a birthday gift to a friend. A friend that is a seamstress. No pressure there.



Daughter and I have spend a lot of time at Paper Source in the past few weeks looking at wedding invitations so I was inspired to create a handmade card to go along with the handmade quilt. If you have not been to Paper Source-go. Just go. It's that good.



I hope she can appreciate all the hard work that went into this project and overlook the amateur sewing skills. We all learned a lot about quilting but the lesson we learned best is that it ain't easy. I have a lot of respect now for quilters and their craft.
Now onto his next project. He is definitely on a roll with this needle and thread stuff.
