There But By The Grace of God

I got up early yesterday while the household was still asleep and went through my blog comments to moderate and publish them when one broke my heart. I've been worried about one of the members of my circle of blog friends and my fears were realized when she commented about having to urgently pack up and leave her home. She took my soap as she escaped from the tragedy the rest of us are all watching unfold from our safe little corners of the world.

Stay safe, Liana.

Praying folks, please do your thing.

  4. I saw that comment Debbie and I've been praying for her ever since. I'm so sad with all of this senseless violence. On the heals of covid, I don't know how much more sadness and fear this world can take.
Bless you and your family if you're reading this Liana. We wish you all the best and will do whatever we can to keep you all safe.
    Blessings and love,
    Betsy

  5. The strength and resolve of the Ukrainian people is so inspiring. You know me, I don't blog about politics and such, but its on my mind all the time. I really do think they will triumph in the end. I just hope that end is not long in coming.

  6. Thank you! Our family is in Lviv now, at the moment we are safe. And praying for peace. I took a couple of my cross-stitch projects with me too :) Crafting keeps me sane. Liana
