Wind Advisory

I finally got back into the sewing room yesterday. It's been ages. I have 7 more blocks to machine quilt on this one.

I have twenty (!) more blocks to hand quilt on this one.

Speaking of quilts, Pup and I had to spend the night in a chair in the lower level wrapped in a new favorite that I had just finished a while ago. Wind. I hate it.

  1. I like your socks! Where do you find all of your crocs? I'm guessing online somewhere?
Beautiful quilts. It looks as if Pup approves.

  7. We have a plethora of pinecones and small branches that have come down out of the trees today. I could do without the wind, too. Love the happy colors of your quilts!

  8. We lost power twice yesterday from the winds too. I runaround unplugging everything for fear the power surge would break the toast, coffee pot, washing machine, printer , etc etc etc. Then plugging it all in again. Then out. Then in. Sheesh.

  9. We had crazy wind the other night too. Laid in bed listening to trees in the swamp fall. Luckily, we didn't loose anything more than a few small branches in our yard. Glad you had your new quilt to help keep you safe.
