Miss Kitty is keeping watch for the first flakes. There is snow in the forecast.
I don't believe it spite of the fact that you couldn't even get a cart at the grocery store today. Those clouds don't look like snow to me.
If it does snow we won't be celebrating with the first fire of the year. The chimney guy said we need $4000 worth of repairs so we don't burn the house down. We can't catch a break. We are still waiting for that itty bitty bit of money the insurance company is going to give us for the car we have yet to replace. Jeesh.
We may not be warm but the outside kibble will be. The kitties got a new heated bowl for water and food to match their heated huts. So far only the possum under the shed has volunteered his/her approval. The outside kitties are still suspicious. Silly cats.

They are saying we *may* get flurries on Monday.
ReplyDeleteShould it snow . . . stay in, be safe! Glad the outside kitties will be taken care of too.
Snow! We have some for you. And it's supposed to start again Saturday and snow each day for the next week. I'm tired of it! Great idea for the kitties.

We did get 2-3" overnight. Very pretty...not too messy to clean off the cars and the roads were all clear. Gorgeous trees this a.m. all covered in snow. Sorry about your needed repairs...you two can't catch a break at all!!
ReplyDeleteCats are even worse than us about changes!lol
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry about the chimney! It does seem a poor way to start the winter! (Our hot water pipe split and leaked water under our laminate flooring in the kitchen and curled a 3' by 8' section. Nothing like home repairs to keep you occupied!)
Allison was told to stay home in Oklahoma, from her job!! That's a first .!!!!
ReplyDeleteBummer about your fireplace! The only thing worse than snow is not being able to enjoy a fire during it.
ReplyDeleteStay warm! It appears to be warming up here!
ReplyDeleteIm pretty sure you have the most spoiled outdoor kitties EVER!
ReplyDeleteIf we are expecting frost you must be very cold up there. Stay in and stay warm my friend.
