It Looks Like a Drowned Batt
Dyeing a batt is a scary thing. All that soaking and rinsing is very unsettling. When immersed in water they compress into a tangled mess.
After a spin in the salad spinner they are almost as good as new. Thank goodness.
When dry they fluff back up as if by magic.
This is yet another Corriedale batt dyed to offer some intentional contrast to the dullish color stripes in my first ever chain plied sibling socks. This neon green oughta do it.
