After fighting with my email service provider all week, I decided to discontinue my service on the VERY DAY Knit Picks emails me that I have won the Shiver Scarf Giveaway! I was over on the site ordering the yarn for the Olympic Moose Hat last week when I left a comment and never even considered the chance that I might win. Good thing I checked out the community page tonight because there was my name posted as the winner! I never win ANYTHING and this was perfect timing. I am in the middle of a couple of difficult projects and was just rummaging around in the stash looking for something that would give me some almost instant gratification since the Lillehammer and the Swallowtail won't be blocking anytime soon. I can't wait. I am just keeping my fingers crossed that they get the message that I didn't get their message but that I really, really want to get my prize. I am so excited!
