I knew things were going horribly wrong with Olympic hat #2 but I just had to keep going.
I made a hat fit for a Conehead. It pays to have a good sense of humor when things turn out like this. Humor I may have, but it seems, the ability to walk away from a train wreck is not in my nature. Yarn for try # 3 is on the way. There may be daffodils in the garden but there will still be winter moose on the needles for a while.

hahahahahaaaa is right. This one was too small, this one was too big where is the one that is just right? You're like goldie locks with this hat.
ReplyDeleteI haven't given up yet! #3 is up to the moose legs as of this afternoon and it may be the "just right" one! Fingers crossed.
