Something New

I made this cute little ball with my new toy.



I needed a new, larger spindle for plying and I am so happy I found this fantastic one from Michigan Spinning. It is light, it has a 3 inch whorl and it has this wonderful spiral shaft that keeps everything from sliding around.



My poor neglected Finn Top singles got themselves chain plied in no time at all. I may even finish spinning the rest of the bag and then knit it into something someday.
