Speaking of Orange.....

 

Jack's back! I'm awfully darn close to finishing but somehow October days just fly by and I get nothing done. I do believe I started him sometime in 2016 (!).



I've also got two Sugar Baby pumpkins on the counter waiting to be chopped up for cooking. For several years I've been listening to an Audible sleep story called Pumpkin Stew and every year when the pumpkins arrive I say I'm going to make some. I've got the pumpkins but not the will to cut the cute little things up. They look too innocent just sitting in my kitchen not knowing what horrors I have planned for them.

    Jack really IS close to getting done. Maybe you'll have him for the 31st!

    I do like Jack's grin. Maybe this is the year to finish him? I was thinking about making pumpkin muffins, but my pumpkin is in a can, so I don't personally have to inflict any violence on poor, innocent pumpkins.
