I also went back to work on the Merino that has been on the Traditional for months. I only had this bit left to spin and became completely bored with it back in the summer. If I just do one little bit a day I can make short work of it.

Love the Fall-ish fiber - very pretty!
ReplyDeleteThat fall fluff is really lovely! We had 34 last night, so maybe we really are done with summer. Time does have the ability to soften things a bit and smooth out the rough edges. I'm raising my tea to your father.
ReplyDeleteYour new fall spin is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteHappy heavenly birthday to your dad. I'm sure he is lifting a toast to you as well. Hopefully they have Canadian Mist up there too!
My father wasn't much of a drinker, so a piece of coconut cake is my go-to for him. <3
ReplyDeleteFall yarn is gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty fiber for spinning. I always like the variegated colors in fiber but am not so good at spinning them into a yarn I like. Still I love to spin and have handspun also giving me the evil eye.
ReplyDeleteThe fibers look so good!!! I would love to dive into the oranges! I think the changing of seasons and reminders of the former ones bring out grief's sharper pains.
