Tiny Needle Tuesday

I marched across the top of Village Quaker but didn't meet in the middle. What comes next are a series of McMansions so they are going to take some time, I'm afraid.

I finished the fancy edging on the right side of the Summer Patchwork and stitched the top border box. I'll switch to another season this week though because I'm bored to death with this one.

Dear Jane has two more finished blocks. The one on the left is one I'm catching up on from Row C and the green one is the first completely completed one from Row D.

D2 is being assembled. It's a fussy one so it won't be a quick finish.

And.....look what was delivered yesterday around noon. It's 18 more boxes of flooring. We paid to have them delivered and brought into the house after we almost killed our old selves bringing in the first load last month. Like the other load, it has to acclimate for 3 days and lucky me that brings us to the holiday. The Mister has a golf outing on Friday so we won't be doing any floor work until next Monday. Woo hoo!

  1. Your stitching looks like you're approaching the end, but McMansions and fussy quilt blocks are not quick. Enjoy your break from flooring!

  3. Woo-hoo to no floor work for a few days. You may actually get to celebrate the 4th properly. Great stitching! You are so close to finishing both projects.
