Two Birds
It's birthday time around here and I am taking advantage of my newly organized photos to find some gems of the two that share the month of August.
Today is Son #2's 38th big day. He was one of those kids. You know the kind. Always sick. Always hurt. More personality than sense most of the time. My first trip in an ambulance was with this little guy.
He survived it thank goodness but my nervous system has never been the same. Your present is in the mail, kid. Fedex should be bringing it today. You are really hard to buy for you know.
Tomorrow is Daughter's birthday. Kathy B asked about our favorite summer photo and Daughter is in mine. That's us on the left in mom's hammock at her trailer at the beach. It feels like so long ago. 34 years to be exact. Yowza. She won't get her gifts for a few weeks. Right now her gift is kitty sitting and tomorrow I'm heading back to her house-again. Story to follow......

Awwww-so nice to go through memory lane in the photo box!
ReplyDeleteWell Happy Birthday to both of them! :-)
ReplyDeleteGreat photos one and all. Time flies. IT is scary! I love the hammock photo. I never took an ambulance ride with the kids. If I had an issue it was always when FIreman was on duty and the ambulance would swing by our old house.
ReplyDeleteHappy, happy birthdays to your two. Hope they have wonderful NEW years.
ReplyDeleteHope your not-so-young'uns have great birthdays!
ReplyDeleteGreat pics - love that one of you and your daughter. Happy Birthday to both of them!!
ReplyDeleteHappy birthday to your two young ones. Those are great photos. Time does seem to go faster the older we get doesn't it?
ReplyDeleteBlessings always, Betsy
