One Day More

Can you stand just a few more fiber posts? I realize that for my non spinning readers this past week must have been a yawn.

The Tour is a really big deal for me because I give myself permission to wallow in it pretty much all day. Yesterday, in spite of a horrible migraine I combed the leftover Cormo locks to put something on the now empty Ladybug.

I finished one skein of Shetland and I've decided to continue on with it after the Tour since I have so much of it leftover. That's a fleece that just keeps on giving.

The Merino won't be finished anytime soon but it's become something to look forward to. I'll work on it as we ride into Paris. Vive le Tour!

  2. It's not a yawn at all! Shetland spins so finely that it does go on forever but it is a great spin and a great knit so it's a winner!
Have fun as you head for the finish line!

  6. My husband has been glued to his ipad during the tour hours. Watching guys bike is way less interesting than spinning!

  7. I've been knitting and embroidering while I watch (yes, wallow) in the Tour - I can't knit during the descents because I always start knitting way too fast and end up dropping stitches! This year's Tour was really exciting - Vive le Tour!

  10. Love the spinning. Not boring at all. I had a migraine Thursday night that lasted all the way into yesterday. How did you possibly spin with one? Love every fiber you've chosen.
    Blessings,
