I drag this project out every year because I feel I have to.
Then I always remember how much I like working on it. I've got my pumpkin done. Now I have the raven to do.
Here's the credit where credit is due. I love their patterns.
Ouch. Here's what happens when you drop your scissors in the couch cushions and reach in to get them without thinking. Needlework isn't for sissies.

ReplyDeleteI love how the rug hooking is coming along!

ReplyDeleteThat already looks great!
ReplyDeleteGet that finger wrapped up! Ouch!
Oh I LOVE that pumpkin and raven. You are doing a great job. Your poor finger. I do things like that all the time
ReplyDeleteOwie! Hope that heals up quickly.
ReplyDeleteThere was a piece on our local news tonight about pumpkin carving injuries. Apparently people do that same kind of thing by slipping down the side of the carving knife. OWWWW!
No it isn't! I have had more injuries from working with yarn than I have had from exercising, not that much of that has gotten done.
ReplyDeleteOuch! Hope it heals quickly and doesn't slow your progress.
