Backtracking

During our last snowstorm, I decided to take a look at the project I had waiting to go on the loom. As soon as I opened up my box of warping doo dads I knew I was in trouble. I had no recollection of what I was supposed to do.

The wound warp had been sitting here for weeks and I knew it was just a matter of time before the kitties discovered it so I really had to get my act together and figure this out.

The more I looked at it all the more confused I got. I had to go watch my Craftsy class all over again. I also got out the notes I had the good sense to take and soon it all started coming back.

The rough sleying went better than expected. That made me nervous because whenever something is easy, it's usually wrong.

The Mister helped me wind it on and so far, so good but here it will stay until I get a major head start on that shawl.

Although the snow is mostly gone from that storm, I thought I would share a big laugh we had over all the cat tracks that ran through the yard.

I can't even imagine those fussy felines bouncing around, up to their bellies in that cold white stuff but they must have. I wish I could have seen it.
