This Sunday we are having my favorite white bean soup. It is more like a meatless cassoulet than a soup because it is so thick.
I also attempted to make some hard dumplings. Daddio always talks about how his mother made the best hard dumplings in the world so as a surprise I tried a recipe I found on the internet. I found them yucky but Daddio loved them. Go figure.
