Dad and I don't just quilt during my visits. We also like to drink tea and work on puzzles. This one has been in progress since early summer. We finally got to the end and wouldn't you know we'd have a missing piece? You can see it hole right behind the cup and to the right. It's right in the middle of the Japanese flag. For a long while I thought the old man was hiding it from me to be funny. But no....for several days we have searched high and low with no luck and now it is back in the box. I suppose we should just be happy we managed to hang on to the 999 pieces we have over such a long period of time.
