The knitting marathon continues. Day 5 was completed on the road when we took a trip to Joanne's for some fabric. Putting on those itty bitty beads in the car was tricky. Very tricky.
Day 6 and 7 were knit late in the night. The next day's pattern is put online in the early evening and I try to get at least half done that night in case tomorrow turns out to be one of those days that you can't find time to sit and knit. Photographing this thing has been a nightmare. I am NEVER using dark yarn for a project that needs to be documented EVER again. It really does look much better in person than it appears here. The weather is not helping. It has been dark and dreary for days.

ReplyDeleteI don't block as I go. I just pull it out a bit on the blocking mat with pins so I can get a decent photo. Without pulling it out it looks like a pile of blue string!
ReplyDeleteahh, I see! Well, it is lovely! And yes, I agree with wanderingcatstudio...beading in the car...arrgh! I can't even imagine how many beads I would have dropped on that ride!
