Tiny Needle Tuesday
I finished Patchwork Printemp's last little box and I have to admit I'm bored with it. I could go on to the borders but I think I'll put it away until next spring. I've got the summer version of this waiting to be started and I think I'd rather be doing that right now.
I've been tempted to put the Village Quaker away and put something more summery on this frame too but maybe not. I do like this one and I might like to see it completed someday. I finished the big side motif and a few random letters this week.
Cow Pile has its mound to stand on. Now I have to do the border so I can figure out where all the rest of the vines and flowers go. I'll give this one until the end of June and then I'm switching to Hen Peck for its 4th of July theme.
That last sail is done and I'm going to have to start figuring out the ship below. I have one big front sail to add and I've got to get it all to meet somehow. Since I'm working off pattern now it's going to take a bit of thinking and I'm not looking forward to that.
Lovely stitching! I'm especially loving the Quaker piece.
ReplyDeleteVillage Quaker is my favorite of these with the Cow Pile coming in second.
ReplyDeleteYou've made far more progress than I! Love those cows!!!
ReplyDeleteThe Quaker piece is really nice and elegant, but, you know me. I love the colors in the cow pile and the Patchwork too.

beautiful stitching--even if you have to do a bit of thinking! lol
ReplyDeleteI really love Cow Pile. I have to laugh at myself everytime you have one of these posts talking about putting one project away to pull out another. The idea that you purposely don't finish things makes me physically uncomfortable. I'm so weird! LOL
