Getting Somewhere

This stitching project has been a struggle but this week I turned the corner. It finally looks like something I can recognize so the chart is starting to make sense.

It also helps that I invested in a pair of super duper reading glasses. 4.0 yikes.

I also found these adorable embroidery scissors at Micheals to add to the kit. When you are treading water every pretty little perk helps.

  2. Nice stitchery. My reading glasses are the bane of my existence. I take them off and put them down and promptly forget where they are.

  4. I can't do cross stitch anymore even with the glasses. I'll have to live vicariously through yours. :-)

  5. Fine. I can't soap and I can't card, but I'm going to return to stitching. You and Dee have bad influenced me. My pal Clare and I have decided to knit our Football club's team crest/emblem over the summer. Hehe. And I say YES to all cute crafting accessories. This includes cute craft inspiring tea/coffee mugs!
