Tour de Fleece Knitting

Speaking of my Russian spindle (yesterday's post), this is what I spun on it during the Tour last year. It's a pretty small ball. 37 grams to be exact.


I am turning it into a small shawlette, another Pimpelliesse. I rarely do the same pattern twice but I really like this one for weird odds and ends of handspun.

It is simple mindless garter with a sweet little knit on lace edging that is easy to memorize. Perfect for summer knitting.

    It is a nice pattern. Seeing yours has reminded me that I have one partially completed and stashed in a drawer somewhere. I'm so ashamed!
