Pretty Poor Planning

 Someone is getting a new apron.

 It's going to take longer than usual, however.

Someone didn't order enough material and is not happy that she had to spend more in shipping than she did for another yard of this clearance yardage from the Pearadise collection from Connecting Threads. 
I'd say she might have learned her lesson but she does this sort of thing all the time.
