Yippee Ki Yay
I really needed to sew these charms squares together but I've been stuck on Pup watch for what seems like forever.
If I can't get to the sewing machine, the sewing machine needed to come to me so I set it up on the ironing board in Pup's pen and spent yesterday afternoon doing a balancing act while sewing those squares.
They are going to be cut up for another Disappearing Nine Patch baby quilt. It will be Number 5 for the Grand due in September. I had a big scare thinking I didn't have enough of the charm squares but after looking at photos of the quilts I made before I realized that I have more than enough-if I manage to cut them all correctly that is. I have been known to get a little wild and crazy with the rotary cutter.
That is going to be one sweet cowboy quilt for your new grand. Our little one in London got her second round of vaccinations today. She was running a temp but still laughing like crazy in a video they sent us. Both Mom & Dad have covid once again. The third time. I'm really concerned about long term effects of having it so often.
ReplyDeleteI'm also concerned about our trip to Spokane in a couple of weeks.
Yikes!
Blessings,
Betsy
Nice quilt!!
ReplyDeleteThat's going to be a fun quilt!
ReplyDeletethat is such cute fabric! You will cut ok this time as long as you don't try to cut it on a mat on the ironing board, too! lol
