Since I had the blocking equipment out I decided to go ahead and finish a long standing UFO. It has actually been finished for ages but the weather here has not been the best for drying large amounts of wool so blocking was out of the question. This fall has been a complete washout. We finally got a mild, dry day (see sun on the floor for proof!) so I took advantage of it to give this big thing a spin in the washer. I really must be knitting too much lace these days because I really was at a loss at what to do on the blocking board with this large plain triangle. I ended up pulling out points on the color blocks because it just didn't seem right not to do so.
