So Big

 

I spent the weekend frantically making ugly blocks for the what I am now calling The Big Ugly Quilt. I make several piles of these leftover charm squares and just grab them randomly and sew the into nine patches.



See what I mean? Big and ugly.




I was hoping that after I sliced and diced them they might look somewhat decent. They don't but I don't really care. Not everything has to be pretty, right?

    Oh, it will be pretty--all the colors will make a riot of cheerful! Good work using up scraps!

    They are not ugly -the are SCRAPTACULAR! Once you get them all together it will be a riot of colour and so much fun!

    I like it! It is a scrappy quilt and wonderful in it's craziness.
