FOs and Losers

 

My obligation knitting is now done. I like it. I like it so much I bought myself some yarn in the same color to make an adult sized one for me. 

But I really don't need a new hat. When I washed and blocked the little one I got out my hat stash and gave them a wash and a block too. 

I also dug through my sock stash and came up with some Stroll that would make another little pair of socks to send along to Daughter with the little hat she asked for. 

My actual second pair of socks using the mini skeins didn't end too well. I ran out of yarn at the toe. Sometimes you win yarn chicken and sometimes you don't. I've got more mini skeins on the way. I may be down but I'm not out.
