I'm still not 100% yet but I'm on the mend thanks to a YouTube series on a channel called Back in Shape from the UK. I could sit up pain free long enough on Saturday to work on Mr. Camel.
All thanks to this guy and his technicolor spine demonstrations and simple decompression movements that made a world of difference almost instantly. I'm still not up and running as usual but it's a huge improvement from just a few days ago and getting better every day.
I'll know I've won this war when I can get back to this. It's going to be a challenge because over the weeks I've been inactive I've lost all my needle stick callouses. My fingers are as smooth as a baby's butt. That's bad.

So glad to read you are feeling better. Nice progress on your stitching.
ReplyDeleteYour stitching is looking good; I'd like a blue tree like that in my yard! I don't know what it is about the UK and their physios, but I do exercises from a different guy for my hips and they work better than any PT I've had in the US. I like that technicolor spine!
ReplyDeleteHallelujah! I'm so glad that you're doing better. Back pain isn't for sissies. Ask me how I know. Ha! Love the stitching and will be waiting for you to get back to the cloth projects.
ReplyDeleteBlessings and hugs,
Betsy
Glad you are getting relief--keep the exercises in mind if it flares up again!
ReplyDeleteLooks like Lucille Ball was very helpful. I am enjoying your adventures with Betty. I'm glad you are stitching again. Take good care.
