Thwarted

 

I woke up yesterday excited to finish up my last few batches of soap only to discover that I didn't have enough lye. I had the urge to make something, so I baked.

Apple cake and pumpkin bread. The house didn't smell like my latest soap creation but it did smell good. The new lye should be here tomorrow.
