Bombogenisus
We've been right in the center of two warring fronts. On Friday it gave me big headache on the left side of my head and on Saturday it did the same thing on the right. We missed out on all the big weather events this caused, the snow to the north and the flooding to the south but we got the howling wind and a rapid decline in temperature. My sinuses took a real beating.
And how about this? MDSW has already canceled for 2021. I get it. It's going to take a while longer for life to return to normal even after vaccines begin. I get it but it's still feels pretty dismal from here.

Love the so ks you are wearing! The wind is still here.
ReplyDeleteMDSW 2022 should be a huge celebration!
It makes sense that MDSW cancelled in person again, but it's still disappointing. But since I would like to be alive to go, I'm all for it.
ReplyDeleteHello! I have been a terrible blogger lately, so thanks for posting on my most recent post. Hopefully by now your headaches are gone! Take care.
ReplyDeleteIt's definitely going to be a different holiday for us. We already told our respective parents we'd be staying home (mostly for their own safety). And my Dad decided that was a good idea, and told my brother to do the same. It's going to be odd, but part of me is also looking forward to just lazing about!
ReplyDeleteOMG! MDSW is cancelled again?? NO, it can't be!! Deep breathe, deep, deep breathe... and let's focus on the money we'll be saving rather than the tragedy of another missed MDSW.
ReplyDeleteHope you are feeling better. We have been having some pretty wild temperature fluctuations and flooding rains here in VA recently. And we may be getting snow tomorrow. Just flurries but I'm so excited I can hardly stand myself!
Hey! it is your house - you can build a Christmas tree out of whatever you wish! :) Hope your headaches are gone!
ReplyDeleteWhat will you decorate you paper tree with...canned goods:) Dismal...maybe by summer it will be safe to go in a store...maybe:(
ReplyDeleteLooks like you have a good start on your paper tree.
ReplyDeleteThe front knocked me for a loop, too! We are still way too cold! I'm glad you had some knitting and good movies till you could ride it out. Paper product tree sounds fun! lol
