I did some weaving. I am halfway there.
I did some warping. It's also almost done.
I made soap. That's the baby powder scent. I hope it's as pretty on the inside. You can never tell.
I got some work done on the Yellow Submarine.
There was a little bit of knitting and tea drinking in the afternoon.
I practiced my guitars. I've been trying to pick them up for a few minutes every day. I'm still pretty terrible but I do enjoy it and it's a nice change from all the other stupid
I finished my library book. The Mister made me read it because it is much better than the show. In fact, it is NOTHING like the show. Nothing. Whah?
Best yet, I got to play with Pup and take her for a walk before it got too hot. Rest day? Not really. I did miss the Tour and the spinning but I did manage to keep busy. No wonder I'm so tired.
What a day! I'll try to do some weaving today regardless the heat.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a perfect day! Nice to get a glimpse at what keeps you busy!
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like my kind of day! And pup is too cute!
ReplyDeleteI love people who have as many crafts as I do. Makes me feel less crazy. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteNice! Not that your husband isn't a dear, I'm sure, but it's always lovely to have a little time to yourself and carve it up however you like. The weaving is really something. I love those colors and how you've well, weaved them together! The best part of practicing an instrument is if you really enjoy it. I hope you can continue to make time.
ReplyDeleteWOW! You did a lot! Love it all. I'm looking forward to doing more cross stitch. The soap is pretty too and baby powder is my favorite scent. I'm glad you had such a great day.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Betsy
